Job Description:
- BBA, MBA students who interested to internship
- Candidates doing BBA, MBA final year can also apply
- This is a stipend based internship for the initial 3 months
- You can get an Internship certificate from company
- After the completion of internship, the candidate is taken as a permanent employee depending on his / her performance
- We will allow getting knowledge from relevant departments
- We will guide to get employment opportunities
Required Skills:
- Incoming Junior/Senior pursuing a degree in Business, Human Resources or related field preferred
- Great interpersonal (outgoing and friendly disposition), analytical, problem solving, negotiating, facilitation, decision making, and conflict resolution skills
- The ability to maintain strict confidentiality and discretion
- The ability to stay highly organized with great attention to detail and be deadline oriented
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent organizational and planning skills
- Self-motivated, adaptable to a dynamic environment
- Academic, work experience or exposure to recruiting and project management; ideally have taken courses / currently enrolled in classes in the field of Human Resources or have some prior experience with recruitment, sourcing, screening, hiring etc.
- Requires effective oral and written communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suit
Responsibilities:
- Assist with a variety of human resources processes and administration that directly support our employees
- Support the Human Resource team in recruiting and hiring administrative tasks
- Research and assist with the completion of several projects; including but not limited to market compensation data collection, roles and responsibility consolidation and new hire orientation
- Represent human resources on cross-functional teams such as wellness and event planning
