Medical Billing Industry
- Handling the full life cycle of Healthcare recruitment for All Levels.
- Sourcing
suitable profiles through various Job portals, Networking groups, References
& Internal Database.
- Posting jobs on various Job sites and Social networking sites
- Screening the
sourced profiles as per requirements.
- Communicating
employer information and benefits during screening process
- Scheduling
candidates for interviews.
- Extensive Head Hunting and Cold
Calling Activity
- Performing
in-person and phone interviews with candidates
- Follow-up/co-ordination with potential candidates.
- Interacting with internal stake
holders for closing the requirements
- Excellent
communication skill both Oral & Written.
