Job Description
We are looking for an entry-level Recruiters who have some degree of exposure/idea on US consulting services.
Compensation:
- In addition to the base pay based on the experience, this position is incentive based so you can make the most you can.
- Exposure to US IT Recruitment, US Staffing, Screening, Interviewing.
- Excellent communication skills with a complete understanding of the US Staffing process.
- Must have experience in Relationship Management and ability to place candidates.
- Excellent sourcing, screening and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in job boards, postings, sourcing, searching skills. A Clear understanding of US benefits, compensation, employment types and terms and conditions.
- Good understanding of tax terms like W2, Corp to Corp and 1099
- Gain commitment from candidates for current and future job requirements.
- Must be willing to work in night shift (Cab pick-up provided from Gandhipuram to Savvysoft Technologies only for female employees)
- Evaluate candidate’s strengths compared with client’s requirements by, for example, evaluating, screening, and interviewing the candidate.
