Job Description
- Source
candidates using resources (internal database, job board, referrals, etc.) to
identify potential candidates.
- Build
and maintain network of potential candidates through pro-active market research
and on-going relationship management; conducts
in-depth
interviews of potential candidates, demonstrating ability to anticipate hiring
manager preferences by maintaining low interview-to-offer ratios.
- Possess
strong ability to screen, interview and prepare a candidate slate within an
appropriate and consistent timeline.
- Must
have a strong work ethic. Must be able to multi-task. Must have a high degree
of professionalism.
- Self-starter
with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as part
of a team including a strong desire to learn and advance in a fast-paced
technology-oriented environment.
- Good
communication skills mandatory for this position for Interacting with customers
and vendors across US, Europe & Asia.
- Work
during US night time mandatory
- IT
recruiting experience is highly desired.
- The
ability to prioritize, manage time well, and work closely with internal teams
to quickly address needs.
