Job Description
- Source, screen, interview, and evaluate candidates for current open IT/ Non IT positions.
- Work closely with Hiring Managers to develop position profile and to understand overall needs and requirements.
- Regular follow up with the respective hiring managers and candidates to ensure timeliness of recruitment process.
- Posting job descriptions on job boards like Naukri.com and tracking posting status and results.
- Call applicants and perform phone screens & invite applicants come in for formal interviews.
- Arrange Walk-ins.
- Lead the creation of a recruiting and interviewing plan for each open position.
- Efficiently and effectively fill open positions.
- Getting Joining and Exit formalities done.
- Other HR related duties as assigned by the Human Resources Manager.
- This profile includes 80% recruitment and 20% other HR work.
