Job Description
- HR Recruiter to handle end to end recruitment process
Responsibilities would include:
- Sourcing profiles from various job portals, social media marketing etc.
- Validating the shortlisted profiles, by talking to the candidates and screening them on basic parameters like communication skills, educational eligibility, interests and preferences, current availability and salary expectations
- Supporting end to end recruitment & on-boarding including job posting, salary release, offer processing, joining, etc.
- Must speak Hindi / Malayalam fluently.
