- Candidate should have excellent communication skill
- He/She should be responsible for end to end recruitment
- To understand the job requirement
- Sourcing through Database, Portals (job Posting), Referencing, walk-ins & Headhunting.
- Searching, Screening, Sourcing, Shortlisting & preliminary interviewing the candidates.
- Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates
- To evaluate the candidate for fitting the requirement
- Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers
- To Schedule & coordinate for interviews
- To have an effective follow-up with candidates
- Maintaining relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved
- Maintaining of candidates database
- To maintain MIS Reports / Trackers
