- Experience in Non-IT Recruitment/ITES
- Shift: 10.00A.M- 6.30P.M
- (1st and 3rd Saturday off)
- Immediate Joiners preferred
JOB DESCRIPTION :
- Sourcing relevant profiles from Portals, Internal Database, etc.
- Screening & shortlisting candidates as per the JD.
- Briefing the candidates about the job profile, organization benefits.
- Scheduling interviews and follow up.
- Co-ordinating with the candidates.
