Job Description
· Sourcing the required IT & ITES profiles through job portals/References/Internal database, should be able to do 100 telephonic interviews over the phone per day
· Interview co-ordination
· Client servicing/Co-ordination/follow ups
· Meeting the target assigned
· Sending bulk email
· Maintaining the reports & should be able to provide the required ERROR FREE reports on time
· Good spoken & written communication skills in English
· Basic MS- Excel knowledge is a must
