Job Description
- Understanding Client requirement, Responsible for sharing CV's with various Clients.
- Preparing a sourcing plan for different requirements.
- Optimizing search and selection of candidates through various sources like database, referral and by online recruitment services like – Naukri, Monster.com, LinkedIn.
- Dealing with mid-level and senior level positions.
- Responsible for scheduling interviews, Sourcing, Short listing/ Screening the suitable candidates as per the requirement.
- Responsible for discussing the job profile with the candidates and screening CV's.
- Preparing/ Maintaining Spread Sheets of the candidates based on their experience and skills for easy data mining.
- Offer Negotiations and ensuring candidate joining on time.
- Executing end to end recruitment process
- Gathering feedback for the profiles sent to the Client by maintaining timely coordination.
- Timely follow-up with the candidates- From selection until they join the organization by helping them with the formalities.
- Scheduling & coordinating walk-ins for Clients when needed
