Job Description
RESPONSIBILITY (HR):
- Working on Full & Final settlement.
- Co - ordinating in salary work.
- Maintaining Attendance Register .
- Maintaining Attendence through Software (Win HMS).
- Working on Reimbursement works.
- Co- ordinating for Joining & Relieving formalities.
- Creating & maintaining employee’s Personal file.
- Guiding Candidates for Interview procedures
- Conducting Induction for New joiners & trainees.
- Conducting games on every Fridays for all employees.
- Conducting Opening day every month and collecting EOTM (Employee of the Month) names from all departments and making Certificates for them.
- Co – ordinating in Annual day Function, Women’s day Function, Election etc.
