- Sourcing and Screening the Candidates as per client requirements.
- Developing and managing Candidate pool.
- Attracting new candidates via networking, internal database, job portals, references, Headhunting & campus.
- Maintaining call cycles for selected pool of candidates.
- Maintaining relationships with both sourced and placed Candidates.
- Candidate Management during the recruitment process and after selection.
- Monitor online portals and incoming emails for new job opportunities.
- Arranging interviews, preparing candidates for interview, taking client and candidate feedback
- Supervised time management (weekly).
- Proper usage of IT Tools like Hirecraft etc.
