Job Description

Recruitment Executive ( Female Preferable ).
Looking For Candiates Near Tambaram, Perungalathur, Selaiyur, Chitlapakkam, Pallavaram, Chromepet, Urapakkam , Guduvanchery.
Should Be willing to work for a StartUp Company.
Good Learnering Skills.
Should Be able to Speak English, Tamil & Hindi.
Work timing 9:15 AM to 6:45 pm ( Mon - Sat ) General Shift.
Candidates keen on Long Term Employment will be considered.

Responsibilities and Duties

Interview Scheduling,interviewing and testing of applicants and selection of candidates based on division requirements.
Pre-registration for Candidates.
Interview Feedback Collection post interviews to take next steps in the recruitment process.
Historical Compensation Collection of selected candidates.
Candidate Turn-down Emails / Phone Calls.
Offer Letter Generation and Distribution.
Facilitating BGC ( Background check) and relocation for out stationed applicants.
Taking care of the travel reimbursement process for all out -stationed applicants.
Vendor Invoice / Contract Management, partner with vendors (external job consultancies) to identify and attract the best of experienced professionals to the firm and process billing details for vendor candidates post their on-boarding.
Filing of offer letters for audit purpose.
Data Entry, Confirmation and Maintenance of applicants personal record through the internal tracking system i.e. capturing interview activities of all candidates throughout the hiring process on the human resource information system.
