We are looking for an experienced and professional HR Recruiter for recruiting High-Performance Team members (HPT) for our company.   

Note: At RB India, we follow the Hire 1 principle which states that instead of hiring many candidates we prefer to hire only 1 high-performance person for doing 1 thing and measure his/her performance based on that one thing.

• Introduction

• The HR Recruiter will be responsible for independent hiring - High-Performance Team Members for our group of Business Unit. 

• Business Unit - RB India Services Pvt. Ltd. 

• Products and Solutions 

• Dealing with the Products and Services rendered by RB INDIA.

Geography - Cuttack Office 

• Target Audience - Not applicable 

Role

• Annual OKrs - He/She will be working as per the company OKRs and target.

• Activities

• Creating Job Requisitions Document

• Posting our requirements in various Job sites. 

• Downloading Resume

• Filtering the Resume

• Job call to Candidates 

• Schedule the Interview.

• Taking the Interview 

• Scheduling Interviews with the Management. 

• Performance Scoring 

• Rejection of Candidates 

• Appointment of the Candidates

• Joining and Orientation. 

• Reporting Functions - MD, CEO and COO

• Team Composition - 

• Individual Contributor 

• Talent Acquisition Department

• Skills

• Very automation oriented - uses productivity apps, applications and CRMS to record everything. 

• Organised - should be addicted to organising things.

• Process-oriented - should be able to create process documents for executing repeated things.

• Career-oriented - should be a true professional and deeply career-oriented.

• Should have outstanding Communication (Verbal and Written) skills.

• Computer Softwares and (Operating System Windows) 

• Typing - 60 words per minute.

• Should be a Professional.

• Honest, Integrity, Loyalty and Dedication towards Management and Work. 

• Commitment and passion for the Vision and mission of the Company.

• Background 

• ICSE/CBSE - pass out with a good percentage

• Graduate - with a good percentage.

• MBA - Human Resource Management 

• Should be a permanent resident of Cuttack.

• Experience 

• + 3 Years of working experience as Hr Recruiter  

• Uniform - Formals and Office Wears.

• Time - 9:00 - 6:30 - including 2 breaks and a lunch break. And as per the need and requirement of the work. Meetings may be also conducted after 6:30.

Salary 

• Rs 8000 - Rs 15000
