Job Description
Job summary:
- Acquire the requisition of manpower request from the concerned department
- Source resumes through various channels to fulfil the recruitment needs
- Pre-screen resumes and shortlist candidates
- Evaluate candidates through telephonic and personal interviews
- Facilitate candidate evaluation with department heads
- Liaison with vendors for recruitment support
- Conduct reference checks of the selected candidates as and when required
- Prepare CTC structure and offer letter for selected candidates and negotiate salary if necessary
- Manage on boarding formalities and documentation, employee ID creation, biometrics, ID card, etc
- Organizing an induction of the new joinees with all the department heads and employees on the first day of joining and making them aware of the different functions and departments, and also setting their JD and KRA's.
