- Profiling and briefing candidates for different drives conducted, Coordinating drives.

- Maintaining line-up, hiring, joining tracker

- Interviewing candidates
- On-boarding, joining formalities
Responsibilities and Duties
- Responsible for handling requirements.
- Responsible for full-cycle recruiting: interview, offer, negotiation and closed candidates for assigned requisitions.
- Sourcing from Job Portals (Naukri.com, Monster etc).
- Making job postings on the Job Portal.
- Responsible to work on Permanent position.
- Responsible for Coordinating fulfillment of other formalities such as background check, leading to joining post placement.
