Job Description
- We are looking for a potential candidate(s) to help us grow our recruitment business by engaging on our MNC clients' requirements.
- We are seeking individuals with good spoken English, high energy levels, great enthusiasm and the willingness to learn new skills. Both graduates and undergraduates will be considered.
- Selecting profiles for respective positions by matching their technical skills with the given requirements and sending them to clients.
- Using Job Portals and social media platform for searching resumes
- Headhunting and getting the right profiles
- Taking all vital details from the candidate before taking his case ahead
- Check credentials of the candidate, before proposing to clients.
- Lining up candidates for Interview and keeping them updated.
- Responsible for Maintaining database and information
- Good Communication Skills are required.
