1. Handling end-to-end recruitment.
2. Sinking in all the necessary information regarding clients' company, position hiring for, requirements, etc.
3. Sourcing the candidates from job portals like Naukri.com, Monster.com, etc.
4. Performing the initial round of telephonic screening .
5. Identifying prospective candidates.
6. Doing interview scheduling and coordinating during the whole process.
7. Conducting follow-up calls.
