Job Description
- Using candidate databases to match the right person to the client's open positions
- Advertising vacancies by drafting and placing adverts on job portals
- Headhunting - identifying and approaching suitable passive candidates
- Receiving and reviewing applications and creating a shortlist of candidates for the client
- Briefing the candidate about the role, responsibilities, salary and benefits of the job in question
- Organizing interviews for candidates as requested by the client
- Negotiating pay and salary rates between the client and the candidate
- Using social media to attract talent and build relationships with candidates and employers
- Working towards achieving and exceeding targets that are assigned.
- Briefing the juniors recruiters on their work for corrections & mentoring and keeping them on the right track
