Job Title: HR Recruiter/Consultants
Key Responsibility Area-
- Responsible for identifying talent that meets the specific client's requirements.
- Responsible for handling end to end recruitment assignments for various clients.
- Involved in sourcing profiles through Domestic job portals.
- Utilize internal database to identify potential candidates.
- Develop creative way to attract the right people would be interested the opportunity.
- Match the skill sets of the candidates to the job description provided by analyzing and screening their resumes.
- Conduct skills testing and reference checks.
- Create a strong talent pipeline
- Key Performance Indicator-
- Manage existing clients and ensure they stay satisfied and positive.
- Defines long-term organizational strategic goals and maintains extensive knowledge of current market conditions.
- Middle and senior level hiring for different industries.
- Get an opportunity to work for Niche Profiles

- Visiting and Understanding clients Hiring mandates.
- Qualified Graduate/MBA 0-2 years of experience in Recruitment, Sourcing and Screening of candidates
- Good Communication Skills verbal and written

- Ability to handle multiple requirements independently
