JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Sourcing the resumes through job portals, references,databases as per Requirement
- conducting preliminary interviews
- Lionizing/Requirement gathering with the Client
- cv screening/ short listing
- cold calling.
- Coordinating and Scheduling of interview
- Explaining the job profile to the potential candidates/resources
- Resolving queries for potential candidates
- Preparing MIS reports on the resource management workflow
- validating and verification check
