Job Description
- Managing end to end Recruitment that includes sourcing, screening, interview scheduling & coordination, etc
- Sourcing the right profiles from the Job Portals by performing an appropriate search. Sourcing suitable candidates within timelines against each open position.
- Using various sourcing channels for identifying relevant candidates like - job portals, social media & referencing.
- Screening of profiles as per the mandates shared.
- Assessing the relevance of the candidate against the position by evaluating his/her CV against the KRA for the job requirement.
- Should be able to get a pool of candidates, do the telephonic screening, and schedule the interview and follow-up.
- Developing new database by making fresh calls, cold call.
- Candidate Engagement and talent acquisition skills.
- Connect effectively and maintain a strong work relationship with all department.
- Should be responsible for handling admin activities such as daily attendance management, follow up with the clients for invoice/ payment status. Timely follow up and coordination with candidates.
- Keep track of daily records like confirmation, joining of employees etc.
- Coordination with the various team.
- Fresher level position.
