Prior Experience: Should have 0.6-6 years of relevant work experience in Talent Acquisition/ Recruitment.
Good spoken and written communication skills along with the ability to articulate effectively.
Must have experience with building and utilizing a variety of sourcing plans and tools, including proactive phone and internet research.
Effective development of recruiting strategies to identify qualified candidates by using various networking tools.
The Recruiter is an advisor and strategic partner to our hiring managers regarding recruitment.
Conducts candidate sourcing and application screening, designs and implements recruitment strategy, interviews, negotiates offers with candidates, and assists with the facilitation of the onboarding of new employees.
Demonstrated credibility with business leaders; strong consulting skills, a positive attitude, and demonstrated ability to work in a team environment, as a team leader and member.
Desired Candidate Profile
**Should be from Hyderabad
Degree in Human Resources, Business, or other related fields preferred.
Proven experience in a recruiting role.
