Job Description
- As part of a human resources team, recruiters (also known as corporate recruiters and internal recruiters) are responsible for leading the staffing efforts of a company and building a strong workforce that adds to the company’s bottom line.
- These highly skilled and often equally highly educated HR professionals possess knowledge of employment and labor law, have a deep understanding of the organization and its staffing needs, and possess strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs
- Screening resumes
- Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates
- Administering appropriate company assessments
- Performing reference and background checks
- Making recommendations to company hiring managers
- Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers
- Following up on the interview process status
- Maintaining relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are communicating employer information and benefits during screening process.
- Staying current on the company’s organization structure, personnel policy, and federal and state laws regarding employment practices
- Serving as a liaison with area employment agencies, colleges, and industry associations
- Completing timely reports on employment activity
- Conducting exit interviews on terminating employees
- Telephone Etiquette
- Net Search Abilities
- Continuous Learning
- Should have a Natural flair of selling
- Ability to strike a conversation with a rank stranger over the phone will be a deal swinger!
- Should have the ability to build relationships that last over a longer period of time than the job opening itself.
- Above average Excel Skills
- Prior experience of working with in software
- Loads of tenacity and patience
- Process Orientation
- Qualification: MBA HR / Any Grad
- Experience: Both (Fresher & Exp) Max 2 years
- Skills: Excellent Communication Skills
- Package: 8000 + Incentives AND (Hike for every quarter based on performance)

- Shift Timing’s: 09:30AM - 06:30PM (6 days working)
