Job Description
Recruiter's Responsibilities
- Design and implement overall recruitment strategy to close positions on time
- Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
- Source relevant profiles through multiple channels of recruitment
- Screen candidates' resumes and job applications
- Evaluate candidates based on their communication, experience, technical skills etc.
- Schedule interviews
- Conduct interviews using various reliable recruitment and selection tools/methods to filter candidates
- Assess applicants relevant knowledge, skills, experience and aptitude
- Follow-up with candidates till the date of joining
- Close all positions
- Build a good rapport with candidates & clients
- Provide analytical and well documented recruitment reports
- Maintain recruitment database
- Fresher and 1 year of experience in end to end recruitment
- Experience in recruitment consultancy is preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills (mandatory)
- Proficient in MS Office (mandatory)
- Strong decision-making skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Must be comfortable with targets
