Job Description
Responsibilities and Duties
- Responsible for End to End Recruitment (Permanent/Contractual).
- Should be to handle multiple requirements simultaneously.
- Responsible for handling full recruitment process for Clients
- Involve in screening job applications by matching them with job requirements, planning & coordinating logistics & conducting interviews, reference checks and salary negotiation
- Schedule interviews (telephonic/face to face) and follow up with the candidates ensuring they take up the interview.
- Regularly update the trackers/sheets for easy data check and clarity.
- Sourcing the candidate from various sources like Job Portals, Database, Social networking sites, alternate mediums to search, Employee references etc.
- Evaluation of the candidate for the requirements on the basis of Skills, functionality, domain, experience, qualifications
- Conducting 1st round of interview to check communication skills, fitment issues, reason for change etc.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
- 0 to 5 years experience in domestic staffing
- Should have worked on IT & Non IT positions
- Good communication skills (Mandatory)
- Job Type: Full-time
- Salary: ₹8,000.00 to ₹30, 000 per month
