Job Description
Recruiter JD:
- End to end recruitment
- Handling complete Recruitment cycle whilst screening resumes, conducting interviews, coordinating & articulate negotiate job offers with candidates
- Evaluating the candidate on various parameters like communication skill, personality and assessing the candidate by grading them.
- Expertise in full Recruitment life cycle.
- Extensive work experience in job boards & Social media recruitment.
- Managing recruiting process from requisition initiation to sourcing, to acceptance of offer and final placement.
- Understanding the requirements at length from clients & briefing the same to the prospective candidates.
- Source candidates using traditional and creative sourcing methods.
- Screen and build a pipeline of candidates and provide a constant source of candidates for up and coming requirements.
- Maintaining a professional & healthy relationship with key contacts of client companies
- Ability to recruit with a sense of urgency.
- Excellent communication, presentation skills.
- Be a self-starter and able to work under pressure.
- MIS report preparation.
