Job Description

  • Host in-house interviews for freshers & experienced by department or field of expertise.
  • Screen resumes, conduct interviews and perform skills assessment tests for students applying for jobs and internships.
  • Report on recruiting metrics after every event, including number of candidates interviewed, suitability of the profile for various job heads.
  • Take an active role in understanding the business company wide.
  • Serving as a liaison with area employment agencies, colleges, and industry associations.
  • Should be able to recruit candidates within expected TAT.
