Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Will be responsible for analyzing & sourcing of the profiles from appropriate sources.
- Speaking to the candidates & screening them as per the job profile
- Maintaining the database of the candidates
- Delivering the resumes as per the deadline
- Scheduling for interviews and also regularly following up with the candidates
- Maintaining good rapport with the candidates so as to probe & understand his interest for the position.
- Finding out ways via social media & other networks to target more and more candidates.
- Reporting
Skills Required:
- Excellent written and oral command over English
- Positive attitude and a penchant to learn & grow
- Should be adaptable to the startup environment
