Details:

Designation: Recruiter/ Sr. Recruiter (Non - IT),
Experience: Minimum 06 Moths of relevant experience
Qualification: Any graduate+ MBA (preferred)
Job Location: Madhapur, Hyderabad
Salary: Best in the Industry + Incentives
6 days working(Monday to Saturday from 9:30 AM -6:30 PM

Role:

Managing the entire end to end recruitment cycle like --
Understanding the Job Description, Sourcing the right profile from different portals or social platforms, Screening, Validating, Interview line ups, follow up with candidates till joining of the candidate.
Client Handling, understanding the requirements and continuous follow up for the feedback
Exposure to Domestic & International Clients

Skills:

Excellent Communication skills
Confident enough to handle domestic and international clients
Target driven
