Job Description
- Excellent communication skills required.
- Ability to do cold-calling.
- Strong exposure in End to End Recruitment for Entry level / Mid-level hiring / Sr.-Level hiring / Leadership hiring.
- Good Experience in Sourcing / Screening profiles according to the job specifications given by client.
- Should have worked on different job portals viz., Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, etc., (We will train you, if, required!).
- Comfortable with niche hiring & critical search assignments.
- Coordination with the candidates till on-boarding / joining at the client site.
