Job Description
- Urgently opening for HR Consultant in Kestopur Area.
- FEMALE ONLY.
- Salary - CTC Rs.8000 - 9000 + incentives.
- Minimum 1 year experience in HR /recruitment field.
- Timing - 10am -6:30pm. Sunday off.
- Position: Assistant Office/HR Consultant (FEMALE ONLY)
- Identifying the job vacancy as specified by the client.
- Sourcing profiles of relevant through various job boards, Social Networking Sites, through references as per the requirement specifications.
- Short listing the candidates through various modes like telephonic screening, technical screening, finally checking the interest level of the candidate towards the firm, and as per the requirement specifications.
- Understanding Salary fitment and taking care of salary negotiations
- Follow-up with selected candidates to confirm their DOJ and keep the respective departments/ Clients informed of the same.
- Build and manage social media networks and client relationships required
- Create and manage databases through a centralized system
- Manage partner relationships
- Update appointment calendars and schedule meetings/appointments.
- Be responsible for handling the operation of the front & back office.
- Attending queries and escalating it to concerned department.
- Timing: 9:55am – 6:25pm
- Location: Kestopur, Kolkata
- Good communication Skills required in Bengali, Hindi (compulsory) & English (optional preferred).
- Good Negotiation skills required with pleasant personality.
- Should have leadership qualities.
- Can manage entire Recruitment Process (previous experienced min. 1 year).
- Well knowledge about social media platforms.
