Please find below the details of the JD:

Conducting Telephonic interviews and scheduling face-to-face interviews.
Checking the availability of the short listed candidates and arranging the interviews.
Coordinating with Recruitment process and candidates for scheduling interviews.
Follow up with the offered candidates & confirming on their joining dates.
Able to communicate and interact effectively with individuals of all levels.
Background checking of the applicant before offering offer letter.
Informing candidates about the results of their interviews.

KEY SKILLS & RESPONSIBILITIES

Good communication Skill in English.
Experience in recruitment,(Prefered).
Minimising Employee Attrition Rate.
Taking First Round Interviews.
Taking Care of Joining Formalities.
Handling Employee Database.
Leaves & Attendance Management.
Position Type: HR Recruiter / Executive
Educational Qualification: Graduation and specialisation in HR.
Experience : 6 months - 1year
Gender: Only Female can apply for this job.
Week Off : SUNDAY
Shift Timing : 10:30 AM- 7:30 PM
Salary Range: Upto 12,000 (Negotiable)
