- Should be able to get
a relevant pool of candidates.

preliminary telephonic and personal interviews.

- Negotiate compensations post selection.
- Database Management-
Maintaining & updating the resume database & other related databases
(Candidate trackers)
- Following up with the
candidates and ensuring the smooth joining.
- Document
Verification
- Employee Background

Key Responsibility Area:
- The person will be
responsible for end to end recruitment starting from candidate lining up for
the interview, and then co coordinating with them about the interview when to
go and then the co ordination with the
client about their joining.
- Will have to work in normal office hours that is
10 am to 7 pm.
- Maintaining healthy
office environment should also be the sole responsibility of the joiners.
- PMS appraisal will be
solely on the basis on performance.
- 45 minutes lunch break
will be provided.
- Salary will vary
between INR 7000-16000 and it will be solely on the basis of interview. Desired
candidates will not be deprived.
- Leaves and holidays are there and it is not a
matter of concern in spite of the provisionary period.
- We need recruiters for
