We are looking for recruiters who have been working in the same area and can build relationship with the customers and consultants We are looking for a Recruiter to join our HR department and help us grow.
Handle recruitment activities from sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, follow up till the candidate joins
Should have experience of various selection process and must be able to conduct different type of interviews such as telephonic, Skype and personal.
Handling full cycle of recruitment from requirement understanding to sourcing of candidates through in-house data base, using job portals, referrals.
Need to have experience in end to end recruitment
Experience : 0 to 1 Years into HR Recruitment.
Prepare candidates for client interviews by providing them pertinent information on the job requirement, hiring managers, team environment and client company background.
