We have an urgent job vacancy for an HR Trainee Recruiter
Location- Mathura (U.P)
Salary- Rs. 5000 to Rs. 7000/- P.M for training period & after training as per performance up to Rs.15000/-
Responsibilities and Duties

Responsible for Client Management :-

Establish and maintain good relationships with clients through regular telephone contacts and reviewing our service to ensure a quality service is provided at all times.
Effective co-ordination with client on scheduling & updates

Responsible for Candidate Management:-

Handling end to end recruitment i.e. ITI Technicians, Operators, Delivery Executives, Sales Executives, Customer Care Executives and Retail Executives etc.
Get JOB DESCRIPTIONS from the client & coordinate for Lineup / Interviews.
Search resumes based on requirement using internal database or from field or headhunt from competitors.
Responsible for Mass Hiring or Bulk Hiring or Volume hiring recruitment as per the revenue targets assigned.
Turn around time should be strictly adhered.
Proper co-ordination between client & the candidate & ensure to get timely feedback
Candidate Management- Create a database of candidates willing to handle challenging positions & deliver as per the Turn Around
Responsible for raising the sourcing invoice & collect the revenue against all sourced and recruited candidates
