Job Summary: -
The role will be responsible for Talent Acquisition in order to strengthen the productive workforce & work culture of the organisation.
Key Responsibilities: -
- Sourcing resumes from various resources like job portal, Social sites and personal contacts for IT Requirements
- Calling candidates for interviews.
- Scheduling candidates for various vacant positions.
- Coordinating & follow up with various project manager for the closure of positions.
- Meeting monthly recruitment targets.
- Handling End to End recruitment cycle.
Desired Candidates Profile:-
- Education Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate with Exp
- Effective verbal & written communication skills in English.
- Sense of urgency & ability to manage & prioritize multiple work requirements to meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently & in a team environment.
- Must be self-managed, responsive & dedicated towards work requirements.
- Job Location: Andheri (Marol Naka)
- Exp - 1- 4 yrs
- Salary - Negotiable
- Joining - ASAP
