- Searching resumes on job portals , Linkedin , screening candidates from portals.
- Calling candidates and explaining them the job description understanding their profile.
- Sending resumes to client.
- Taking Feedback from client.
- Taking follow up from candidate pre post joining.
- Maintaining MIS in excel for candidates and companies.
- Should have basic emailing knowledge.
- Innovative in finding ways to search convince candidate regarding job.
- Achieve monthly target of closures.
- Should be a smart worker good team player.
- Should be comfortable in calling.
- Should be able to speak excellent English
- Should know MS Word , MS Excel .
- Should be soft-spoken , quick learner and positive person
