Job Description

  • Greet visitors and determine whether they should be given access to specific individual.
  • Answer telephone calls and transfer to appropriate staff members.
  • Understanding Client requirement and job profiles.
  • Create job descriptions.
  • Prepare job advertisement, web postings, specifications for external recruitment agencies and other material (job sheets) in accordance with the organization’s recruitmentstandards and business needs so that potential job applicants have the information they need to decide whether, and how to, apply for a vacant position.
  • Respond to enquiries from candidates, hiring managers and external recruitment agencies about the organization’s recruitment activities and about the status of the job vacancies so that interested parties are kept informed without compromising the organization’s standards of privacy and confidentiality.
  • Develop appropriate interview questions in collaboration with the hiring manager so that interviews are conducted efficiently and equitably for pre-selection/pre-interviews.
  • Contact candidates from existing data base and responses from advertisement and walk – in’s and conduct pre- selection/ pre - interviews.
  • Make necessary arrangement for interviews with Clients if any.
  • Sending selected candidate profiles to clients for selection.  
  • Provide feedback to unsuccessful candidates based on the job’s pre-established selection criteria and organizational recruitment policies.
  • Contacting selected candidates and handing over job offer material in accordance with the agreed job specifications so that successful candidates have all the information they need to decided whether to accept the position.
  • Handing over of signed offer letters by the selected candidates to mobilization coordinator.
  • Handing over of rejected profiles to be registered in the data base.
  • Ensure that all open positions are closed as per the per decided timelines
  • Maintaining recruitment report on weekly bases
