Job Description
- The candidate will be required to do end to end recruitment
- Responsible for managing the recruitment cycle from receiving the requirement, sourcing, screening, shortlisting candidates and scheduling interviews
- Understanding the nature and importance of the requirement given by the client via telephonic discussions
- Sourcing resumes through various channels such as Job Portals, References, Database, etc. as per the client requirements.
