Job Description
- Hands on experience in full recruitment lifecycle.
- Developing a good understanding of client companies, their industry
- Proficient in recruiting candidates from all levels Junior Level to Senior Level.
- Searching candidates through job portals, social networking, head hunting
- Experienced in Volume/Mass Hiring and Niche Skill Hiring.
- Executing entire gamut of task in recruitment encompassing sourcing, screening, short-listing, selection and appointment, etc.
- Receiving and reviewing applications, managing interviews and tests and creating a shortlist of candidates for the client
- Manage candidate tracking in the database
- Resume submissions to clients
- Coordinate and schedule interview
- Follow up for interview, offer and joining
