What’s this role about? 
Recruitment you hire people for our clients!!

How do I do that? 
Step 1: Understand what the client wants and what it does
Step 2: identify people who could be relevant for the clients requirement (you can find their cVs on public portals like Naukri, Linkedin, etc)
Step 3: Talk to them, assess their interest and suitability for the role
Step 4: If alls good, make the ends meet Client and Candidate
Step 5: If alls good still, Negotiate an offer and ensure that the Candidate joins the client organization

 

Job Responsibilites:

 

Handling the complete recruitment, Sourcing, screening, follow-up, maintain tracker, salary negotiation.

Recruiting candidates for different positions for leading Global IT Companies / Non IT Companies

Interacting with clients on regular basis to understand the specific requirements, strategize and plan the recruitment activity and implement it.

Developing own relationships with present / potential clients,

Resource requests deliver within time and cost limitations

Screening of resumes from the job portals as well as the database acquired and Buddy referrals as per the requirements of the company standards.

Interviewing and assessing prospective applicants
Organizing & helping applicants to prepare for interviews
Building relationships with clients
Negotiation skills
Headhunting for specific positions

LinkedIn sourcing experience would be preferred

Client Interaction, client servicing & front ending the client.

Data reporting via recruitment software.

Handle end to end recruitment for the assigned client.

Understand the technicalities of the requirement and analyse the clients requirements and needs.
Take complete ownership of mandate execution

Key Skills:

·         Experience in Recruitment & Staffing industry is mandatory.

·         Track record of over-achieving Targets

·         Strong phone presence and experience dialling a specified number of calls per day

·         Excellent verbal and written communications skills with a good Neutral accent

·         Strong listening and presentation skills

·         Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

·         Vertical Experience and knowhow of Manufacturing firms, Retail, Consumer Goods, Engineering Companies, Construction Companies, Automobile Ancillary Industries, FMCG will be preferred.

·         Should have dealt with MNC or Top Brand.

·         Should carry rich connects within Industry preferably with Human Resource / Talent Acquisition Teams / Procurement Teams
