Job profile:-
- Handling End- End Recruitment.
- Handling Junior ,Middle and Senior Level recruitment.
- Screening of candidates resumes and analysis according to client requirement
- Sourcing the candidates from Job-Portals, References.
- Follow-up with candidates untill they join.
- Coordinating with candidates till clause completion.
- Scheduling telephonic interviews, and Face to face interviews of a Candidate.
