Job Description
- Company Profile:Looking for & Responsibilities For Recruiter:
- Responsible for entire recruitment lifecycle from recruitment till on boarding.
- Recruiting from Entry level to Top Level.
- Apply extensive sourcing methods to find the right candidates by leveraging different tools like internal database, job portals, headhunting & references.
- Short listing candidates and scheduling interviews with the clients.
- Liaising with clients to know current vacancies, Interview feedback, conducting drives. Acting as first point of contact for the clients.
- Negotiating with candidates for salary Package and DOJ.
- Coordination with the shortlisted candidates on the DOJ and administering joining formalities for the offered candidate.
- Validating - Interviewing candidates over phone to check their communication skills, Technical skills, Soft skills and verify the hands on experience as required.
- Should be a smart individual.
- Should have good communication skills.
- Should be presentable.
- Must have relationship handling skills.
- Good team player.
- Education: Any Graduate, Post graduate preferred specialization in HR.
- Salary: As per company norms.
- Location: Mumbai, (Andheri, west)
