- Your role would involve all aspects of the recruitment cycle - viz. searching/ sourcing/ screening candidates using job portals, social Media and internal data base, generating references, explaining the job role to the candidates and generating their interest for the same, coordinating between clients and candidates for interview scheduling, documentation etc
