Job Description

Job Title: HR recruiter & Sales Coordinator.

Location: East Mumbai

Experience: 0 to 1 Years or Freshers.

Work Timings: 12pm to 9pm – Monday to Friday & Saturday (Half day).

To manage the activities and resources allocated to assigned projects into a cohesive, efficient
manner as well as to administer and execute sales and project, with quality and time.

General Responsibilities and Objectives
1. Develop, monitor, control project scope, organise & recruit global resources, manage cost,
time and quality.
2. Develop sales management and lead generation for the sales team.
3. Effectively report on Projects, including accurate, effective and efficient project document
control and record management.
4. Providing a Project Coordination Function and managing a team effectively.
5. Development of an investment business case throughout the front-end planning of a
project.
6. Collation of all reports (quality, H&S, progress, issues, etc.) into a full project report to keep
up to date on progress of all aspects of the projects.
7. Cooperate with the account managers and keep the updates of the projects.
8. Manage the resources for the project from start to end.
9. Since, its an IT industry whenever there is a requirement you are expected to be available
and work for the global projects.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
1. General management skills.
2. Integrity, respect, honesty and trustworthiness.
3. Good knowledge in Excel, Excellent MS Office skills & PPT is a must.
4. Self-disciplined and able to self-manage and set goals
5. HR management and global recruitments (understanding of legislation and procedures)
6. Presentation and meeting facilitation skill.
7. Report writing and document management.
8. Knowledge of business integration.
9. Knowledge of Contracts Management, Finance & Accounting.
10. Knowledge of scheduling Education and Formal Training
11. Any Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university.
