Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Arranging interviews on daily basis
Coordinating with Clients in understanding manpower requirements and do planning for the same.
Draw a recruitment calendar on timelines, job vacancies, and job profiles/descriptions for Internal requirements.
Post job requirements on various online Job portals.
Screening resumes, Short-listing and scheduling candidates, putting them through a selection process, panel interviews.
To follow up till the candidate joins the organization
Monthly/Weekly reports about the status of the candidates short-listed, selected, offered and likely joiners.
Maintaining MIS and Preparation of Daily, Weekly and Monthly Reports indicating work Progress.
Maintaining and updating the database of the candidates
Network with potential candidates on LinkedIn and other Social media networks.
Post company happenings and updates on company FB, Twitter and LinkedIn channel.
Monitor company’s online presence and reputation.
Strong Communication and Administration Skills
Ability to work under the pressure and tough deadline
Relationship management and interpersonal skills
Computer skills in basic M S Office programs are expected
Reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language
- Knowledge of social media strategy and implementation
