Job Description
Job Summary
- The position shall be responsible in identifying creative and cost effective recruitment sources.
- Exploring and sourcing potential candidates, screening applicants, extending offers, assist in new employee orientation.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Understand current and future manpower need
- Develop and maintain contact with different sourcing point.
- Develop network with external sources to improve sourcing strategies and capabilities.
- Coordinate all communication with applicant, including interview schedule, employment information.
- Conduct exit interviews and share feedback to Area HR.
- Effectively promote internal recruitment program to get the best result.
- Provide reporting and regular status updates to Area Head HR.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
- Can communicate in Marathi, Hindi & English.
- Bachelor's degree with 0 to 6 Month Experience in recruitment.
- Strong Organizing skills - Ability to prioritized tasks and meet dead lines
- Knowledge in tele-calling, cold calling marketing
- Proficient in excel word and power point.
- Ability to travel as required
- Self driven and motivated , strong team player
