- Studying the job requirements
- Sourcing profiles from various job portals like Naukri etc
- Maintaining and building of resourceful resume data bank.
- Reviewing, evaluating and short listing profiles.
- Validating the short listed profiles by talking to the candidates and screening them on basic parameters like communication skills, educational eligibility, interests and preferences, current availability and salary expectations.
- Scheduling interviews
- Conducting the initial round of interview.
- Preparing Offer Letter
