Job Description
- JOB TITLE: HR Recruiter
- DEPARTMENT: Human Resource
- JOB TYPE: Full-Time
- SALARY: ₹15000-₹30,000
- WORKING HOURS: 10 am to 7 pm
- WORKING DAYS: 6 Days a week
JOB SUMMARY:
- The job involves the responsibility of recruitment, examination, selection, appointment and formulation of a system of communication for proper and efficient information dissemination.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
- Recruitment
- Advertising the posts and vacancies on different job portals
- Sourcing and screening candidates for various domains
- Scheduling and coordinate the interviews
- Taking regular follow-ups from the perspective candidates and interviewees
QUALIFICATION, KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Qualification: Graduate (Minimum)
- Knowledge of full recruitment job cycles
- Knowledge of working on job portals
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic computing
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command over English
YEARS OF EXPERIENCE:
- 1 to 3 years
